Directions & Visit Information

San Diego Sleep & TMJ Center is conveniently located at:

450 A Street, Suite 400
 San Diego, CA 92101
 United States

Our downtown location makes it easy for patients from all parts of the city and surrounding communities to find us by car, public transit, or on foot.

From San Diego Freeways

From the North (La Jolla / Mira Mesa):
Take I-5 South toward downtown San Diego. Use the exit for State Street / Civic Center, then continue south on Front Street to A Street. Turn left onto A Street; we are a short distance ahead on the right in the downtown office district.

From the South (Chula Vista / National City):
Take I-5 North toward downtown. Exit at Harbor Drive / 6th Avenue, stay on Harbor Drive, then turn left onto Front Street. Turn right onto A Street; our building is on the right near the Civic/Core area.

From the East (El Cajon / La Mesa):
Take CA-94 West or I-8 West toward downtown. Follow signs for downtown and merge onto Front Street. Turn right onto A Street; the office is nearby on the right.

Because we are in the heart of downtown, many streets around our office are one-way, so follow posted signs for the most direct route to A Street.

Public Transit Options

Downtown San Diego is serviced by multiple public transit options, including trolleys and buses. One central transit access point is Santa Fe Depot, where Amtrak, Coaster, and trolley lines meet, located just a short ride from our office.

Once at Santa Fe Depot, local buses and rideshares can take you to A Street. Taxis, rideshare services, and downtown shuttles are also readily available from major transit stops.

Parking and Nearby Landmarks

Our location is within walking distance of well-known downtown landmarks such as the historic Gaslamp Quarter, entertainment venues, and professional buildings in the Core district of San Diego.

Parking options include public parking garages and street parking in the downtown area. Because parking availability varies throughout the day, patients are encouraged to allow extra time to find a space when planning their visit.

From San Diego International Airport (SAN)

The airport is just a few miles west of downtown San Diego. Travelers can take a short taxi or rideshare to A Street, or use public transit options such as shuttles and trolleys that connect the airport to downtown stations.
