About Dr. Mojaver
Nina Mojaver, DMD, is one of the skilled and compassionate dentists practicing at Fifth Avenue Dental Arts located in San Diego, California. Employing a holistic approach, she performs a wide array of general and cosmetic dental procedures, ranging from fillings and crowns, natural-looking veneers to Invisalign® treatments and Sleep Apnea Therapy.
Dr. Mojaver earned her Doctorate Degree in Dental Medicine from the illustrious Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. She has advanced certifications in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic orthodontics. Dr. Mojaver has also completed postdoctoral studies at Harvard School of Medicine in Healthcare administration and is currently an active alumni in both Tufts and Harvard. Although well versed in all fields of dentistry she enjoys cosmetics most as she has been an artist since childhood & has been refining her keen eye for aesthetics and beauty her entire life, which helps her engineer stunning smiles.
As one of the top Invisalign providers in San Diego, Dr. Mojaver has earned the distinction of an Elite Provider. At times, she even combines traditional orthodontic treatments with Invisalign so she can treat advanced issues more expediently.

About Dr. Pavlisin
Dr. Pavlisin advocates for her patients with gentle dental care, natural warmth and understanding. Her passion is to artistically shape a beautiful smile which also safeguards against chronic jaw joint pain. She wants to make a meaningful difference for patients in alleviating their chronic joint pain. She actively seeks excellence in patient outcome. She integrates patient centered ethical practice philosophy.
Dr. Pavlisin naturally enjoys learning professionally, well beyond minimum required training. Her advanced training and experience concentrate in smile cosmetics, TMJ and jaw joint pain and dysfunction, and Oral Facial Pain issues. She includes Invisalign and Laser dentistry.
Throughout Dr. Pavlisin’s nearly 40 years in practice, she has pursued advanced training with: Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Education, Piper Center for Advanced Dentistry, Spear Education, and UCLA mini-residency. Her career began with a DDS degree with the University of Illinois.
Dr. Pavlisin has also served as a Clinical Professor the last 13 years with Western University Dental College in Pomona, CA. Helping build confidence alongside dental students through clinical dental practice experiences has been a joy. She also finds meaning in donating her dental skills for the underserved, including with LA Care Harbor, CDA Cares and Christian missions in Mexico.
About Dr. Perkins
Dr. Bob Perkins was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Glendale, California. He completed his undergraduate and dental training at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dr. Perkins is also an alumnus of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), the pre-eminent post graduate dental institution in the country. It offers advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, TMD disorders, as well as many other disciplines of dentistry.
Dr. Perkins has devoted more than 20 years to the pursuit of combing art, science, and technology with personalized care. He’s shifted his practice in recent years to have a greater emphasis on a broader approach to facial esthetics, one that strives to create a balanced face, gorgeous teeth, proper airway, and a life free of facial and neck pain.
